  	On Saturday August 19, 2017 - Alan Graham Brown, peacefully, at home, in the arms of his beloved Judith Anne - left us to go home. “The most beautiful man I have ever known” Alan was the devoted and loved father of Michael and Yvonne, Lydia and Alastair, Peter and Leslie, Amy and Gerry, Alison and Bruce, and Timothy and Claudette. He was the proud and loving grandfather of 17 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and cherished brother of Lorna McDougall, William and Marion Brown, and Franklin and Cathy Fox. His dear friend Father Jim said of Alan - “a reminder of the gift of life and how it can be lived genuinely with faith, joy, integrity, compassion and love.” A private family funeral has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Peter’s Cathedral Basilica would be appreciated.
